Chairman's Vision

A school rooted in the heritage of Gobardanga-Ichapur

Mr. Kanailal Chowdhury, Chairman

CBSE-based education matters greatly in the present educational environment. Our school follows a CBSE curriculum with the guidance of young, talented and dedicated teachers, supported by smart classrooms, a science laboratory, a computer laboratory, an indoor sports room and a library.

The school was established in Gobardanga-Ichapur, an area associated with the growth of education during the Bengal Renaissance. Ichapur carries real educational significance — Pandit Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar visited the Ichapur Free Primary School, described as around 150 years old.

Our campus stands on a picturesque, green and pollution-free site beside the river Yamuna. Our vision is simple: to nurture, inspire and empower students, and to develop socially responsible global citizens.

What Parents Say

Families from Gobardanga and Ichapur

Honest words from parents whose children learn with us every day.

The teachers know my daughter well and tell us exactly where she needs help. The school gate discipline and timings are followed properly.

Ananya Sen

Parent of a Class II student

My son settled in within two weeks. The pre-primary classroom is clean and the staff are patient with small children.

Subhajit Das

Parent of a Nursery student

English speaking has improved noticeably at home. Remedial classes helped when she fell behind in Mathematics.

Moumita Roy

Parent of a Class IV student

The campus is green and quiet, away from the main road traffic. As a parent that matters to me as much as marks.

Arindam Ghosh

Parent of a Class VI student

Fees are reasonable for an English-medium school here, and the office responds whenever we call with a question.

Priyanka Banerjee

Parent of a Class I student

Annual function and sports day are organised well, and every child gets a chance to take part, not only the toppers.

Suman Chakraborty

Parent of a Class V student
